Mission

We intend to focus our experience and our passion to those who want to rediscover the flavors, aromas and colors of the ancient tradition of the Marche.

Our products are entirely handmade, with only the highest quality raw materials, with particular attention to the old local varieties and wild fruits that are disappearing from the market.

We work with competence, love and sense of responsibility.

We use only raw materials from Marche, managing the entire supply chain, from cultivation to cooking, and also managing the entire processing up to packing, in order to offer unique products with the highest standards that nature offers.

Tied to the past, look to the future, with continuous investments in Research & Development to find new ways to interpret the taste and to present the product in a modern and innovative way.

For those who identify with the dictates of life-style of high quality

The originality of tradition in respect of the ancient local recipes maceratesi. The search and retrieval of long-forgotten fruit. An organic farming, which guarantees the purity of raw materials. A method of processing simple and natural, in full respect of the seasonality in full handmade throughout the production process.

These are jams, jellies, oil, fruit sauces, condiments, executed entirely by hand, through the use of simple tools, such as the masher at different sizes, and traditional cooking methods like boiling a pot open. Furthermore, no use is made of chemical thickeners, (Jellies and jams without pectin, without stabilizers or preservatives in oil), or extraction of natural dyes, the greater or lesser extent and density of the product is produced exclusively by the different methods of cooking, while its freshness is preserved through meticulous preservation techniques to the natural, in accordance with the seasonal cycles.

All this is Si.Gi.
