We went to celebrate my son's birthday, they have barbecue facilities, a beautiful and giant garden full of flowers, everything was very well kept, including everything you need to cook, everything was very clean and with very good service. We also went with our dog Drogon and he had a great time, we will definitely come back. I highly recommend it. We'll be back. The location is quiet, even though it's close to the highway, and it's ten minutes from the beach, although you don't need to go there with the pool. The place is quiet and very cozy and the house does not lack detail, spectacular. Both Nigel and Mark are charming and attentive people who make the stay perfect by collaborating with absolutely everything you need. They are the perfect hosts. Having two dogs at the time we decided to book a short break to see if it was ok! Wow what a place to find. Fantastic hosts, spotlessly clean and very safe for your dogs to roam if necessary. That was in 2015. Apart from lockdown from covid we have our holidays twice a year at Villa Florencia and love every day we are here. Spotlessly clean, everything you wish, is catered for and very friendly hosts. Nigel and Mark. Nothing is too much trouble for them, you only have to ask. Once again, we have booked for next year. It is out of Gandía and It is necessary car, but we apreciatte to be quiet. 15 minuts to the beaches (by car). Cose to some paths in the mountains. Fantastic swimming pool. We stayed in the appartment (2 adults, 2 kids) and It was perfect (all facilites). Marc and Nigel (owners) are very kind. Breakfast is an option. We booked and we thought it was going to be like any other rentals we had, in and out and the occasional “hello and goodbye “ but I was surprised that from the moment we walked in we were greeted by Nigel and Mark, they made us feel welcome from the minute they opened the gate. This has been the best stay in Spain. The apartment we rented was cleaned, spacious, kitchen fully equipped with all kitchen utensils and dishes, washer. The outside is beautiful, you get to look at this beautiful mountain that is breathtaking, swimming pool is big, front yard clean and spacious, friendly guests, we were able to make new friends. It was a delight, we felt we were visiting a cousin, brother a best friend. Nigel and Mark are the BEST host. Definitely staying here again and a MUST stay if you’re in the Gandia area. Thank you Mark and Nigel, thank you for being amazing, kind, smart, funny! We hope to see you both very soon. Nigel and Marc are very attentive hosts and will be there to help if you need anything. The location is great between the mountains and the beaches. Loads of historical villages around up in the mountains. You can cook or have a BBQ or just hang around the pool which is amazing. Breakfast is good and the house made jams are just very moorish and the highlight of the breakfast! Will défo go back, do not hesitate to book!
